Best not to order anything Thursday thru Sunday. Nothing is processed over the weekend. My experience the "warehouse" held my item hostage 5 days. No communication until 2:30 am the day it was to be delivered by a 3rd party. No one had any information to share where it was or where it was coming from. Got tired of waiting and got what I needed at BB, better and cheaper instantly.
Returning inside the store took about 45 minutes. Two associates insisting I couldn't return them in the store! Staples continuously cutting corners not only negatively affects customers, but makes it hard on employees as well.

Such a outstanding store, always clean, very welcoming, manager Jason is a wonderful manager, very helpful to all your concerns of products. They are all very knowledgeable and offer awesome products to defently consider in my home. Menifee Calif. Staples is the upmost quality to be a one stop shop for me and others to enjoy.

I needed a PDF sewing pattern to be printed for a client's project and I needed it quickly. I found the service on the STAPLES website and decided to give it a try, since I did not want to tape together 25 pieces of paper to make the pattern. The turn around time was within 24 hours, actually since I submitted my request before 12 pm noon, I got my sewing pattern blueprint within a couple of hours. The shop is amazing and the cost wasn't to much for the quick turnaround! Way to GO STAPLES!
