We order strawberry passion cake which is pink but got the white one and told this is the right one. They do not accept return and exchange. Manager keeps hiding and no one solve our problem.

Love the ice cream here. Not a lot of seats if you want to sit and stay, so keep that in mind. Depending on when you go, also be prepared to stand in line - sometimes with the line extending out the door to the sidewalk - yep: waited that long a few times.

Delicious ice cream with lots of choices (though we're bummed about the No More Snickers mystery). Staff here is nice and the place is pretty clean.

Pros: yummy, nice place, much nicer staff than the Baskin Robbins up the street

Terrible customer service, Uber eats orders take precedent so be prepared to just stand and watch as people cut in front of you and the single cashier tells you they can help you when they can.
Should not take 30 minutes to get ice cream.

Today 1/14 is my daughter's birthday and supposed to pick up a cake at noon but it's closed. They are supposed to open at noon but It's already 12:24 but still not opened. I called but no answer. Update: never got a call back or refunded.
