BRILLIANT BOBA FRO-YO! Yes, you heard that right they have milk tea boba flavored fro-yo at this location! I’m hoping it’s on the regular rotation as it was truly a sweet surprise. I got a “small” cup of it and added some vegan cookie dough bits, I LOVED it! The flavor was non-fat and gluten free. I came in on a Sunday evening and it wasn’t packed at all! I was in and out in under 8 mins.

I will suggest that this location should have vegan options next, most of the other Yogurtlands in the IE have them, i think it would be beneficial to have them here. Also, some of the other choices seemed a little too basic. Overall, they had a good toppings selection and I was happy with my experience. The girl who was there was running the place on her own and she still had amazing customer service!

There’s a few tables inside and the place was pretty quiet when I walked in. It’s mellow and people were in a good mood. Note, frozen yogurt is self-served!

On 1/28/25 there were only 2 machines available for frozen yogurt , one of the machines had overflowing frozen yogurt guy with braces working said the machines were out today so why even stay open?

Came in on a Thursday afternoon and they were out of half the flavors of yogurt and the flavors they did have dispensed watery mush. The fruit toppings were half rotten and they were out of mochi bits and cheesecake. Don’t recommend stopping here.

I went in this morning around 12pm for a quick pick me up after a long shift at work, I’m a nurse and I figured I’d make a quick stop here before heading back home to pick up my kids from school this afternoon
(shh don’t tell!), this lovely young man saw how distraught I was attempting to get my toppings at the bar and having issues reaching the back he was kind enough to help me out by doing it for me but not only that, he was so polite and understanding when I went to go check out my yogurt .(I think he saw how tired and run down I was from work this morning.) just a sweetheart bless him! My yogurt was delicious and the place was very well maintained and clean! Might be because they just opened but nonetheless I will be back soon!

Closed for 40 minutes plus!! So many people turned away because this Jhernandez guy was in the back doing who knows what with the doors locked . No sign no answering of the phone nothing. A lot of kids left so upset and confused. Once he finally opens the door (there was an elder lady waiting at the door ) he didn’t even open the door for her just hurried and unlocked and left back to the back . I stopped him and asked him why they were closed for long ( my daughter and daughter had time to kill so we waited ) he said oh uhhh the machines were down🤔 he didn’t check anything . They had just opened not even an hour and he was obviously lying . He was rude didn’t smile and clearly didn’t care .

Store was extremely dirty, not well maintained.. the wafers tasted like they expired in 2010, the quality of the yogurt wasn’t the best either. Not a great place to go get your yogurt.

Always a disappointment.

This place is seriously lacking in almost everything. They don’t have gift cards, one of the toppings was still frozen so we couldn’t even scoop anything, and the yogurt machines were barely working. For the machines that did work, it was all watery and inedible.

We came for the giant spoon promotion and they even had the promotion near the register. When we got to the register, however, the worker told us that they ran out of the spoons. Then wouldn’t the smart thing to do be TAKE DOWN THE SIGN? Literal idiots. The only reason we even came was for the giant spoon so we ended up throwing away the yogurt cups we made.

The shop was pretty clean and quite spacious. They have a couple of tables and chairs to sit at which is nice. To be fair, there seemed to be only 1 person working so it makes sense why our experience was terrible.

Even though this is one of the only Yogurtland locations in the area, it seems like only a matter of time before they close down.

It is always a disappointment. I tried to give them a chance to see if it was one time thing, but no, I’ve been there around 4 times over the course of a couple of years and it is always really bad. They only have less than half of the flavors they announce. Not a good variety of topping and service is mediocre. I wonder how come the place is still open. I’m never coming back. Hope they were more options of frozen yogurt in Menifee.

I do not recommend anything from that place.
