I ordered a sectional sofa and one of the sofa cushions is defective. It is too large on one side and too short on the other and it won't sit flat because it was over stuffed. I filed a complaint and sent in pictures to customer service and they refused to fix it saying it is within their parameters. This is not how it shows in the showroom. This is a refined piece of furniture where the cushions are supposed to be uniform and tight, not a floppy sloppy sofa. It cannot be repositioned on the sofa based on its shape.

We had such a great experience working with Jennifer at Living Spaces! At first, we were completely overwhelmed and almost walked out without buying anything. But Jennifer saved the day by asking if we needed help and made the process so much easier. She helped us customize the perfect couch for our living room, guiding us through size and color options with so much patience and expertise. She also helped us pick out a nursery chair, which was such an important purchase for us.

On top of that, our in-laws were shopping for a bed frame, and Jennifer was incredibly helpful in answering all their questions about mattresses and box springs. She’s so knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to—she truly made the whole experience enjoyable. If you’re shopping at Living Spaces, we highly recommend asking for Jennifer!

These chairs sit in a couple of rooms, an office and guest room, and are rarely used. The condition of the leather started to deteriorate after about the third year after our purchase. Do you want a recliner to last longer than three years? It was my expectation as well. When I called and asked if there was anything that Living Spaces could do to make it right, I was given a telephone number to a different company that could reupholster them probably for about the same amount that I spent on the original. It is disappointing that after one year’s worth of warranty, living spaces, washes their hands of any responsibility for using subpar material on their recliners. My family has spent about $15,000 on furniture from Living Spaces. Don’t get me wrong, their furniture is pretty good under ordinary circumstances. Just stay away from the chairs and ask questions about the leather they use.

Please, Living Spaces, provide me with an excuse, a canned apology, to show potential customers how much you “really care”. I’m still stuck with $1200 worth of chair that is useless to me. Make it right, LS. Make it right.

Living Spaces did nothing in response to my posting here. They posted their comment below, including an email that attempted to show they cared to anyone who reads this review, but my email exchange with them only reconfirmed that I had purchased it from Living Spaces and how long ago. All of this information was in the review. Now the perception to everyone here is that they care, but they really don’t. Be careful when purchasing leather couches from Living Spaces. They use inferior materials that will only last 2 to 3 years. I buy furniture to last 15 years. Living Spaces has a responsibility to inform their customers of this. When shopping at Living Spaces, please be aware you will likely have to put this piece of furniture out on the curb on trash pick-up day in about two years. Go to Ashley Furniture.

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, my experience was very pleasant. The large store is laid out very nicely, well-thought out areas, open and nicely lit. And, I actually found the furniture pieces I’d been looking for for 2 years … at a very fair price. PLUS, they offer free delivery. I win, they win, we ALL WIN! I will be back, I saw some cool mirrors and outdoor furniture…. Gotta sit on those couches too. Also my Amazon mattress is about to Goooooo, and they have nice mattresses. SWEET! While I was there the owner came and was met with super kindness & respect. That said A LOT!! The guy helping me was super low key —he said he loves that they don’t have to work for commissions— just happy employees. Wahooo! FIVE MILLION stars!! 😉 I can’t wait to get my work table… which they scheduled at MY convenience.

Horrible service by Assistant Manager Vontray!!!!
Sales associate Krissy was very helpful and very professional. I wish I could give more stars but we had a bad experience and if it wasn’t for Krissy being so wonderful, we would have walked out not purchasing anything.

I went to LS a few days ago to purchase furniture when I seen a shelf that was defective and was being sold as is for $221. The associate added it to my cart and I told them I would be back in a few days to purchase, I had to go home to take measurements. I returned a few days later and they changed the price tag on the shelf to $471.
The manager said my shelf had sold and that was a new one. I had pictures of both the price tag and scratches that 100% matched. When I showed them they went into the back for about 15 minutes, that’s when Vontray came out and said very rudely “we did a price adjustment and we aren’t changing it so if you want it, you need to pay the new price”. I tried talking to him and he was very unprofessional and rude and just walked away from us.
Very poor service!!!!

Krissy was great and I wish I could give more stars but Vontrays attitude and poor service deserves ZERO STARS!!!

They delivered my couch and love seat with care. They set them both up nicely. I would definitely recommend living spaces for all your furniture needs!
