A smooth experience.

I came for a gallon of paint to touch-up around the house. The worker was really efficient and helped me out right away. After asking for the color and type of paint, she went into the back and made it instantly. I waited less than 5 minutes for it to be done and was out of there in about 10 minutes.

The worker wasn't exactly the friendliest and talkative, but I didn't mind. Their prices are decent and seem within the same range as other places that sell paint.

Highly recommend stopping by for their speedy service.

Everytime I have painting needs or questions, I think of visiting Sherwin-Williams, first. The store is well laid out with a very competent staff who are willing to take the time to understand your needs and/or guide you on using/selecting from their various paint chip displays! And, if you want feedback/advice on your various painting options/color selections . . . they are willing to share their thoughts on what might go best; especially, when you are talking about more than one or two colors.

I went there yesterday to get some paint. I had such an amazing experience with one of the representatives that represents the company… I am really grateful that they have such kind and generous people especially when looking for paint, he was really helpful and showing me how to pick a specific paint with the grid provided… I am very thankful that he also helped me matching the paint to my home. I am very grateful for this company and I will continue to return. Thank you very much. You guys are awesome. !!! I would recommend!!! I would definitely recommend going to this paint shop instead of Lowe’s or Home Depot because those two companies do not know how to help you at all. They know nothing about paint they just give you what you want and send you on your way. SOOO Definitely go to Sherwin-Williams. They are very educated on your true needs to your home.!!!!! Thank you Sherwin-Williams you guys rock !!!!

David and his staff were amazing! My 85 year old grandmother purchased some paint- unfortunately when she took it home the color was not to her liking - today we went back and David was wonderful and helpful! He gave us some great advice about lighting and made us a sample of a color to take home to try it out. SHE LOVED it ! I rushed back and purchased 2 gallons-

Very friendly staff. Sherman Williams has a great website that allows me to save all of my custom colors to my account. Ordering paint online is a breeze. The only downside was that the website told me my paint would be ready within 5 days. However, I was contacted within an hour of my order saying that my paint was ready for pickup. Curbside pickup is available, but I chose to walk in for pickup. I had my paint and was walking out the door within 2 minutes. This is such a nice experience compared to waiting in line to order paint and then waiting in line again to buy the paint at the large home improvement stores.

Expensive....that's the first thing out of the box. We had a bunch of coupons that made it kinda worth it but without them I would not be shopping here. The help was very good and knowledgeable but the prices were up there. The paint we got was also good and had good coverage but I expected that for the price. If you can find coupons I would check it out but don't forget about the other places to price match too.
