Obnoxious ads blare from the pump. Not friendly for people with sensory issues

The Point Market has high quality, reasonably priced (for the area) fuel, well-maintained and clean facilities, and a convenience store with everyday essentials, drinks, snacks and basic car care products. The automatic car wash is usable and reasonably priced, but obviously, it will never come close to a professional wash.

CAR WASH REVIEW: The relatively new car wash cost up to $15 for a wash, so its not cheap. It used to do a great job, but seems to be beset with technical problems that affect the quality of the wash. For the last six weeks, one of the two dryer nozzles at the end of the wash has been broken and does not swivel. This means that ones car comes out half wet. No one appears to care much about this, despite being informed, and it has not been fixed.

Went through the car wash. Only to be driving on the road back and had water leaking from the interior light fixture of my car. (Which is a newer car) I’ve never had this problem before. I called the company to ask if it’s been a problem before. Thinking there might be a chance a seal could’ve been broken from the power of the wash or the brushes. The clerk essentially just laughed at me over the phone. Completely rude and disrespectful. Unwilling to help or answer any questions.

This Chevron has a Car Wash for $9.00. You put car in Neutral and it pushes you through. It does a great job for the price and convenience. The station is clean and has wide open pump stations. Gas prices are in line with upscale area; of course.

Very RUDE! We have been Chevron customers for over 25 years because we like to use the convenient store and restrooms at the gas stations when we travel. The cashier saw us and heard us trying to open the door to the restroom and would NOT open it! There is no sign saying that you need to check in with the cashier! She gave the older lady in front of us the excuse about stores around the area sending people to use the restroom..... she said “it’s for customers” well we did purchas snacks and filled our gas tank!!

Over the past three years, this car wash has been used on a few occasions. On every occasion, the car has come out very spotty. One time it was reported to the woman inside; she did not offer another wash or even seemed to care. A few weeks ago, I left the back window partially opened. My error..YES! It sure would have been nice if the attendant said something. Quite the lesson learned for me during the half hour clean up!
