My aunt and I recently visited Cookies in Merced, and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Michael. From the moment we walked in, Michael’s warm and welcoming demeanor made the experience stand out. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and his recommendations were spot on.

What really impressed me was Michael's attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for the products. It's clear he cares deeply about the quality of both the product and the customer experience.

On top of that, Michael's positive attitude and friendly personality made the entire visit feel personal and enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such excellent service, and I’ll definitely be returning to Cookies in Merced because of the great experience he provided.

Love this place. Cookies is one of my favorite dispos in Merced. Always a great time here. The staff is always lovely and friendly and I never feel like an outsider.
