A couple of days after installation of multiple blinds from a Hunter Douglas dealer, that company went out of business and would not respond to some product issues. HD put me in touch with Rebarts, and despite having no obligation to me, Rebarts took on the whole situation and worked diligently to get things corrected and fixed to my satisfaction. They became my champion in working with HD. I will definitely return to them for any further blind needs, and without hesitation I recommend them to anyone seeking quality products from a first-rate group of people.

We bought these Wonderful products - custom electrified shades for skylights, windows and sliding glass doors, fromRebarts 7 years ago. And they come back to keep them working about every two years. Originally bought these Hunter D Luminette from Bart, California Ave, Bgame. He is very nice & personable. I had a major disaster (unit above had a small fire her sprinklers were on for a few hours) in my unit & was displaced for 8 months! Mike his s-i-l professionally cleaned & kept off-site my Silhouette & Luminette. Upon being able to move back, only to be further delayed due to Covid-19, I was ready to finally have my window treatments reinstalled! Yay! Living with no window treatments since 4/24/2020 not fun! Silhouette were a snap, i.e., one piece. Luminette another story, rail has to be installed & then material. Original installer & assistant came out on 6/19/2020. Material was dragging on floor right-side. Please keep in mind I just paid to have them professionally cleaned! Asked for an alternate installer to somehow lift rail so material does not touch floor. 7/2/2020 Comedy of Errors same installers came! Nothing solved. Miles Krause called to confirm all was well. I told him what happened. He was upset that his instructions had not been followed with regard to installer. I actually was resigned to live with the bad install. After a scheduling conflict, I was finally able to have the alternate installer Jesus Delgado come out 7/25/2020 to take away alterations & reinstall same day. This guy is a professional, i.e, mask, gloves, great can-do attitude, etc. Needless to say, material is off the floor. He came in made a quick diagnostic, checked brackets loose. Therefore material weighing down causing fabric to touch floor. He quickly went on to tighten screws and add a couple more brackets for support, so far so good. Spent just short of an hour. Thank you Miles for insisting on a reschedule with Jesus. Both of you are true professionals! Miles & Jesus customer-oriented assets to Rebart. Thank you Rebart!

Jesus is a great Pirouette installer. He did a nice job: removing the old drapery and cleaning up everything when he finished the work Besides, he helped me fixing a couple defective windows. I really appreciate his kindness.
