If i could give this dealership a 0 star i would. I wish i had read all the reviews before going to them. They basically chose the car for me because "the finance company didn't want to fianance me a different car" BS. I told them i could only do 1000 down payment and that i had bad credit. They still took it, I was never informed until i was signing the documents that i would still have to pay another 2000 to them for down payment. They also never told me until i was signing everything that they had added an warranty without even asking. I was given a certain time to pay the rest i called them to get an extension and they refused. They communicated with me through text that they were tracking the car's location and they knew where i had it(i was not hiding, always answered their calls even if i was at work) the person who texted me also threatened me saying not to "test them" because they could track the car. They make you write a review when you purchase your car so they can look good. But DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The car they sold me started having issues as soon as i left the lot. I have all text messages where i communicated that to them. They are very rude and unprofessional. They should not be allowed to be open. Do not waste your money on this horrible dealership.

Tyler is a liar . He assured me the vehicle was working. I’ve sat in the vehicle twice - both times the car has need major repairs
1 Air Bag light on immediately after the purchase
2 Tire light on after they returned the vehicle to me
3 The air conditioning needs a 3000$ repair
4 the tire light has stayed on

If I could give them zero stars I would. WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR. Went into the dealership bought an SUV 2 days later the bank called me that my vehicle was overpriced and that my interest was going to higher. So unprofessional !

My family and I chose Auto Resources because we gave them what we had to work with, and they made it work. The Auto Resource team is more like a family they will go to the extent for you to make sure you leave happy, because we did with a new car! We were blessed enough to have got Jay as our salesman's. I purchased a Toyota from this location and right away it started having issues. I took it to the service center off Grogan Ave. Gino and Octavio were amazing. I was able to get my car issues fixed and while it was getting fixed by Gino, Octavio was amazing to provide us a ride to the emergency room. Needless to say 2 birds 1 stone got knocked out. They were very friendly and professional. If I need more work done in the future I will return to them to as i know they will be very pleasant to work with! Thank you gentlemen for making a bad experience into a great one!

They most friendly people, I went there to just look at the 2019 Toyota Camry and I wasn’t expecting to get it that day. I had one of guys his name is ray and he got me in and out. With no stress. They are amazing people and have some good cars there. Thank you guys again !!!
