Nice little bakery in Redlands with nice cozy atmosphere and treats to die for. Came in for some. Cookies but was tempted by the large selection, ended up leaving with cookies pastries and a huge brownie. Everything was absolutely delicious, but the standout is the amazing brownie, it is just perfect in every sense, it's fudgey gooey with the right bite and texture, definitely a must get. We have already returned numerous times and that says a lot since I am 25 miles away.

I would not trust this dishonest business with any special event you are planning.

I called several times to discuss the cake I paid for because I never received clarification of my order details. The staff had no answers to any of my questions about flavors and design. I received the baker’s contact information, and she also did not return my calls until I expressed my disappointment via email.

The management and staff lied about trying to reach me. The manager also did not take any accountability and blamed me, the customer. I requested a cancellation and refund because of the dishonesty and order details regarding the main visual of the design were incorrect, and they refused.

They did not offer any design ideas and simply attempted to copy the inspiration image and did a poor job. Their website clearly says that they would rather give an original design cake, but this is absolutely false. The cake design I received had a very poorly cut edible image which was the main visual of the cake.

Given the high prices, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience especially. Do not get scammed by this business. It is merely 2 years old and they need a lot of improvement.

These desserts are to die for!!! So FRESH like they’re made to order! If you’re looking for a treat like no other their selection is endless. Smores cookie is a must so chewy and soft the best balance of sweet and salty. Go, run to this shop!!

I live in Beaumont and found this bakery on instagram about a year or two ago. Initially I was in love with the macarons, churro cheesecake, and the cookies, but now that they started making cinnamon rolls (that have gone viral btw) I cannot stop thinking about them and I want to try all of the flavors because they switch it up pretty frequently. My hubby and I walked in one weekend and ordered one of each flavor that day which was original, cookie butter, apple pie, and strawberry. They were all delicious but for us the cookie butter reigned supreme guys. And today we tried champurrado vs cookie butter and cookie butter was still the winner. The key is to get it warmed up if you are going to eat it there. Go get your roll warmed up and have yourself a good time. Otherwise take it home and pop it in the microwave like 20 secs or to your liking and enjoy. I am looking forward to trying more flavors 😋

Eric and Kim return from Greece with the dream of opening this place about three years ago.

Memo takes their dream and runs with it and this is what is it today. A very clean, modern, and inviting pastry in Redlands.

Ashly and Maddy made us great coffee and pastry made earlier in the day. There is plenty of private parking outside. Plenty of seating inside and it gets crowded with locals to hubnub and hookup to the hi speed network doing school work.

They offer plenty vegetarian cakes and lots of wedding cakes.

Cookie butter chai was delicious. They were out of drop coffee and the americano was just ok. The cannoli seemed a little old and the lemon raspberry muffin wasn’t something I would try again. Atmosphere is cute but chairs were dirty and it seemed like part of the decorations were hiding storage for random cake stands, cake boxes or even other decorations. Definitely not kid friendly. There is seating inside and outside. It was nice and cool inside. Seating outside looked like tables for 2 people only. There was a bathroom available and they do have free WiFi.

This place is truly a gem. Every cake, pastry, and baked good is like a work of art—stunning to look at and tasting just as delightful as they appear. Even the boxes are absolutely beautiful, a clear reflection of how much they care about every detail. The staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful—each interaction feels genuine, and you can tell they pour their hearts into everything they do. Despite the line out the door, they took the time to make every customer feel special. I’ve never experienced such love and warmth in a place like this.

We hired Sugar Bloom Cakery to create our dream wedding cake, and they delivered beyond our expectations. Their flavors are rich and deep without being overpowering. The sponge was perfect, and the design was gorgeous. We even ordered vegan cupcakes for our guests, and nothing was left behind. They took our inspiration pictures and created exactly what we wanted. They are always professional, and we had no issues whatsoever. We are regular customers of their products but working with them for our wedding really made them our favorite. We highly recommend them for your baking needs.
