Had a fantastic experience at the Meta Store! The setup is sleek and modern, and it’s exciting to try out all the latest tech in VR, AR, and smart devices. If you want to try Meta / Oculus devices this is the place to visit. Odd location in a business area, but it's a bit of fun. Top tip: - Definitely book a slot to use the giant VR wall experience via the website. It was VERY busy when we were there and several people were being turned away.

Well displayed physical products and demos. What stands out is the staff and how available to help they were, it made the visit so much more than just a browsing trip which was nice. I was a big disappointed by lack of Meta swag. As a early Portal and Ray Bans adopter the swag would've made the visit 5 star for me.

I had a great experience visiting the store to try out the demo for the Ray-Ban Meta Smartglasses. Lily & Jared were the staff members that helped me and they were able to answer my questions. I was also surprised and did not expect Jared to let me test the Smartglasses outside, to experience the transition lenses in action. The Meta Store itself is very clean and the layout is quite organized. I was so pleased with my visit that I plan to show the store off to a few friends. For my future visit, I plan to try out demos of other products.

The App Store is absolutely difficult to navigate. you’re able to purchase the same app multiple times and when you reach out to customer service, they refund you for all the apps then you have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get your refund but you no longer have the app as it has been refunded so you have to add the money to the get the app back. My opinion, this is not a kid, friendly or family, friendly experience. The help staff for the helpdesk chat option only reads half of the message and does not take all of the information. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an App Store or downloading/purchasing an app
