This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. While shopping yesterday I went to try my items on. Clearly posted on EVERY SINGLE dressing room there are signs that say "ask associate for assistance", so as I am walking up to the dressing room there is an employee putting clothes away. Another customer asks if where she can hang the items she doesn't want to purchase, the employee blatantly ignores her. I thought she just didn't hear her so I tried to get her attention by saying excuse me, no answer, I got closer and asked her again for her attention, I know she heard me the second time and still proceeded to ignore me. I'm not one to give up or be disrespected so I got close enough for her to see and hear me & she gave me the nastiest look like she just could not be bothered, and then said "they're all unlocked". After trying my shirt on I went to the register, where there was someone already waiting before me, with no employees in sight to ring us up. After a few minutes the same rude employee rings us up with a stank attitude. Unfortunately I was on a time crunch because I had dinner reservations and I needed a white shirt for an job interview, so I had no choice but to purchase from there. If I had more time I would've gone to a different store in the mall. Management needs to train their employees on customer service and just plain human decency. I will never shop here again due to this experience.

Definitely never recommend this store. Would give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service and the employees act so entitled. It’s not like their clothing is good either, you can easily find the exact same thing cheaper somewhere else. For example, 20 dollars for a tiny tube top? You can get the exact same thing, but better quality at Hollister or Forever 21. One time, I saw this young lady trip over a clothing shelf, and the employees literally laughed extremely loud, didn’t even offer any help, and you could see the girl so embarrassed. I ended up following her to the next store and offered to pay for whatever she was buying. Another time, there was this mother and her daughter asking for one of the employees to grab something off a higher shelf, and she ignored them until they just left the store. If they want to continue to have business, they need to change their attitude.

So unprofessional , they are always racial profiling . I went in the store with my family they accused my little sister of stealing . Really embarrassing considering my family is completely against that type of behavior. Not to mention my sister isn’t even allowed to wear anything out of that store because she’s to young . They searched out bags we didn’t have not one stolen item & they were still rude .

According to my daughter they always have the cutest clothes in the window but never on their racks to be bought , fair priced but know your size as due to covid no fitting rooms available for use. No returns or refunds

I went to this store twice and never will I go again! The first time the employees were rude and following me around. I bought my dress only because they didn’t sell it in another store but I just brushed it off as maybe that’s a bad batch of employees. Today I happen to go in a second time forgetting the first time I went as it’s been a while since I’ve been here. And again they followed me as if I had stolen something. There was African American person who walked in trying clothes and they weren’t following her. Maybe cus they’re scared of being called a racist. But I’m asian so they did. It was just the two of us customers in the store. So I thought they were just targeting me.. but when I saw the reviews, they do this to everyone! If u don’t want to be stalked while shopping and treated like u did something wrong when u didn’t, don’t come here.. I’m definitely avoiding this place. Oh hell no! The old demasqe before they switched location was so much more friendlier. Oh yah u won’t even get a welcome in either. This place is trash.

I love this place. The music and ambience is great for shopping. All the clothes are cute! Teenagers have the best style. Neat dancehall, superstar, belle of the ball type dresses. If you still have the look, its a store for everybody!!!

The manager was unreasonable+unprofessional....not care for Busines /customers. Bad quarry of products. I brought one sweater and found it was damaged on both side of sleeves when requesting for a change the next day, the manager simply told me that they try to put good ones on the shelf but if you happen to get a bad one... guess what—it’s you fault.....I took a pile of damaged sweaters to show the manager.... Obviously, they are not trying to keep the damaged sweater off shelf....

If i could i would give this place 0 stars. Like other posts say..they are rude. I went in to buy some plain black shirts, but of course looked around. Im looking at clothes i didnt pay mind to the people there, till my boyfriend asks me what happen? Why is that lady just staring at you? I looked up and she just continued "sorting out clothes" on a rack in front of me. I keep looking around and she is really just following me. Another coworker of hers comes with her. My boyfriend took notice and was like do they think youre going to steal something?! My goodness. The way they were around me youd think i was acting suspicious. I didnt even realize what was going on. I was just looking around. Till my boyfriend spoke up. They walked away. Left. Bought my shirts elsewhere.
I had once previously bought there once. Got the stank attitude.
This place is unworthy of business
