I love this Publix! Everyone is so friendly and helpful- from the folks at bakery and deli- to the managers and everyone in that store!
Monica, at the bakery is the best! She’s super sweet and always lets you know what special treats they’re working on!
And if you need ANYTHING for Valentine’s Day- Publix has you covered! Remember guys- this can be your place for one stop shopping! (Check out the pics if you doubt me at all?)

I love shopping at Publix on Montclair road. The store is always clean the staff there are all helpful and professional. The cake I bought last week was for my birthday. It was beautiful and delicious. I shared it with a few people who said that they were going to purchase one!!!

I wish I could give no stars. I ordered some cannoli's from the bakery 24 hours in advance, Spent $16 on a Uber just for The order to be completely wrong. I am highly disappointed.

Cashiers always ask to donate money. The deli has gone down hill over the years. This grocery store is also more expensive than Winn Dixie and has subpar customer service for the prices they charge. Did I also mention they’re always panhandling for donations. It’s one thing I have to give Publix money but to coerce every customer for more money is sadistic especially because Publix uses the donation money for Tax credits so they don’t have to pay any taxes. Biggest scam there is against the consumer. Alabama is one of the poorest states in America, yet there’s another corporation here trying to coerce what little money people have at every opportunity in this economy.

this place is always crowded , the staff isn’t always very helpful .. a lot of items are not refilled on the shelves often , it’s like they don’t have enough staff..(always have plenty of “Managers”) but never enough employees.. certain departments are not run the best.. the food service (chicken , sandwich’s ect staff always has an attitude , the produce department always looks ravages (not sure when they receive deliveries) and the meat department the butchering and quality of the meat is always hit or miss .. and it seems to be getting worse
