I've been going to this mall for years and there hasn't been many problems since. However, this year of 2024 black friday was awful. Yes, it is to be expected that there is a lot of traffic, but for a 4 hour wait without moving is atrocious. Simply put, the traffic management here is terrible.

I like it's an outlet mall. Went there on a Sunday, and IT WAS SO CROWDED. Parking was a nightmare, and so was navigating the slow moving people. I would have given a 2 star if it weren't for the plethora of shops.
However, forget the food court. Too packed.
This trip had me reminiscing of my mall rat days when I was a pre teen....

First time visiting in over a decade. Went here to goto Seafood City for the first time. Love the area. Plenty of places to find Asian foods from Pinó to Korean. Prices are very good too. Shopping, Fresh Food, Hot N Ready Bar-B-Q, Fresh Baked Goods, and Classic Filipino Food ready to order. I wish we had a place like this closer to Santa Cruz.

This is like a small mall food court. It has shops on both outside, and inside also. No just food. There are other stores too. Goldilocks, Max's restaurants, Red Ribbon Bakery, seafood City grocery store, Chow King. Too bad Beard Papa's moved out! Also there are way more stores than what mention here. Parking is decent and easy, it's in the neighborhood. All in all it's a shopping center we frequent.

Filipino Seafood market inside have fresh seafood and produce. Grill city have many choices of food to go or you can eat at the little food court are.

They have lots of Filipino stores in the area. I like eating at Grill City, Goldilocks and Chowking specially. Shopping is also always a treat at Seafood City. They never run out of my favorite Philippine beers! Also, if you are a frugal shopper, they always have a sale going on with different items each day. I also like the fact that many of the stores actually open as early as 7 in the morning.
