It's hard to pick between 3&4 stars. I love these stores than Amazon, because at least you can use all the 5 senses to exam each item. They provide so many kitchen wares. However, I cannot find where the product is from :(( Most of the time, I come here looking around, but ended not buying because I can't tell what country/materials the item are made. I only night stuff that I know it would take longer if I purchase online.

Would give them negative stars if possible, incredibly rude store old lady. She will give you the stare. Talks smack and about customers behind their back. Gaslights them too and makes them feel like they are in the wrong even though the customer did nothing wrong.

These people are horrible. I bought a wok from them at Amazon and they charged me $210 for overnight shipping. I didn't look closely as this was part of the one-click ordering preference bug at Amazon, but when I contacted them, they said that they would not refund any of the gross overcharges. Morally, this is a corrupt shop and do not shop there.

These guys are crooks. They shipped me a defective product and I returned it. I received an email from Amazon saying that I will get $26.5 less than I paid so they do partial refunds. So these guys not only charge for return shipping they also charge for the shipping they say it's free on the product listing.

The aisles on the right-hand side are stuffed as a restaurant supply store, where I geek on stainless steel and the BTUs of brass-jets/cast-manifolds. There's aisles with asian-designed plates / serveware, and the left-hand aisles are full of (plastic) household wares. Throw in some Mahjong tables to expand the gist of its offerings.
