Morena (the name-sake) is a middle-aged immigrant from El Salvador. She, as one of American Frontline workers, has to maintain at least 2 jobs with fluctuating schedules; therefore having to call ahead is wise. She receives packages from wish (an app that you can find at PlayStore). She'll scan a barcode that the app sends to your phone: so she can distinguish and alert the app that you have received the package. Well, she was so endearing; my Mother also immigrated from El Salvador in 1962 and since then has been naturalized and currently resides in her home in San Francisco. I purchased a phone from wish and needed to retrieve my packages; well, the phone stopped operating over the internet (not having any way to get my packages).
