Great customer service, so-so stock.

Shout out to Shayne who patiently and diligently addressed one problem after another -- my kid stepped out of the store twice as happy compared to stepping-in to the store. Shayne, you helped retain a customer for Zumiez 🙂

The in-store stock could be much better, but they have this awesome option to order online right at the store with free home delivery.

Nice and very helpful staffs. Good place for your skate board, parts and accessories purchase. You can pick and choose the skate board components to customize the skate board as per your preference, and they will assemble it for you. Probably they could add more designs for grip stickers. They assembled the whole skate board in front of me.

Don't bother coming here at all their sales associate don't do anything besides chit chat by the cash register. Not only that but they came up to me asking "Is there anything specific you're looking for" like learn to give people their own personal space

The feel of the store has definitely changed or perhaps I'm just getting older. I went in to buy some graphic long sleeve skate wear and a new deck with grip. Not only did they only have ONE PERSON who knew anything about the skate area. I was dodged by every employee there. No greeting, no approach. They keep to themselves and do whatever fiddling around with whatever rack. Not even busy with customers in the store..I'd give them 2 stars but the third is for the clothes. Womp.

GREAT SERVICES! Store manager Eric made my life easier, I hate shopping but when I came in he took the time to help me order everything I wanted online and shipped to my house. Never before have I been asked if I would like to go through the catalog to see if there were items that they didn't have in store. 2 items didn't make it to my house and when I went back to the store Eric was very helpful, he asked the order number which I didn't have. He told me to go home get the order number and give him a call. 2 days passe, I forgot to call him. Today he calls and said he found the order number and was going to see why I didn't receive the 2 shirts. Eric went above a beyond his duties to make a customer happy! Zummies will be my new home for all my shopping needs
