The Terra folks were so supportive and helpful! In April of 2023 my wife and I purchased our outdoor furniture for our back deck. 4 months later my wife passed away from cancer. It has taken me a year to finally get back to them about delivering our furniture. Over that time they were all very empathetic and patient with me. I have had the furniture in place for only 2 days and it looks better than I could imagine! Great quality and comfort. I will always remember Jacqueline when I sit here. Thank you Terra Family!

We had such a great experience with Terra Outdoor Living in Mill Valley from start to finish. They were so helpful, efficient, and professional at the store. They called and scheduled delivery within 2 days after ordering and delivered our furniture within a week of ordering. The delivery team was very professional. I let them know where to put the furniture and 15-20 minutes later I went back outside and everything was put together and laid out neatly. I would order from them again. The product is high quality. Ordered market umbrella for our deck table. Had a good selection associated with bases, poles and umbrella sizes and colors. Order was placed on site and was delivered to store for pick up. Good customer service and good expedience.

I give my three star rating because all they have is “LOW TO THE GROUND” sets.

Every chair, couch & table is SOOOOO low to the ground - terrible for tall people who want to be more than a few inches off the ground.

The staff were nice but were too busy giving others a tour. I’d recommend for all other people looking for morphs furniture.

Excellent customer service. Love the teak furniture purchased 16 years ago and still great. Cushions we replaced. Teak we put oil on and the cushions I brought in during winter but did finally replace them. ( cushions are expensive too so glad furniture is quality and still in good condition)

We were visiting Half Moon Bay from San Diego. Did not expect to find perfect patio furniture on our visit- but we did. Drove by Terra and just lived everything we saw. High quality and not the same old designs that are at big box stores and other patio stores. Delivery was on time and as promised. Super great experience.

Lounge chairs are gorgeous and super comfortable. The teal colored cushions makes the chairs standout. Delivery was fast and smooth. Highly recommend this chaise and Terra outdoors!
