Recently my sister and I had the pleasure of shopping at the Cut Loose Factory store on Valencia St. in San Francisco. I was really impressed with the variety of styles and how flattering the designs are, as well as the quality of the fabrics. There's much more in the store than what the Cut Loose Factory store website shows...and the clothing is actually more flattering than the images on the website. I also want to express thanks to Michelle; she helped my sister and I find some really great pieces and she very graciously stayed late after closing time to accommodate us.

Love the material! Hard to find good quality cotton clothing. Made in SF, quality dye. Considering the price of overseas textile, this clothing line is priceless. Great staff. So accomodating. Support local business and feel good wearing it too! They are my new favorite clothes!

I am a local, long time supporter of cut loose. Last week they lost me as a patron. I went into the shop with the hopes of exchanging a shirt I had purchased two weeks before for store credit. While there two weeks ago my mother in law was able to return something for store credit so I figured it was a fair ask. The woman who was working treated me as if I were asking for something outrageous. For me it’s not so much about their policies, sale or not. It was the attitude I was greeted with for asking a question.
I will not recommend it his shop to friends anymore. Boo cut loose.

Love the fabrics, they use (cotton & linen). Great size options and have interesting new things every time I go into the store. Only downside is the lack of dressing room space when it is busy. People like to try on lots of clothing when shopping at this store.
