The bathroom in our room seemed to be newly renovated and was very nice with great lighting. The entire room including the bathroom was very clean upon check-in. The bed was also pretty comfortable. We used both the heater and the air conditioner/fan while here and both worked great. For a motel, this was a very nice stay, we would definitely stay here again if needed! They offer continental breakfast every morning as well

No hassles, quick, and respectful.
Rooms are very clean and spacious. Coffee/tea, hair dryer, iron and ironing board for those clothes that got wrinkled and closet to hang them, mini fridge, microwave, large screen TV, and most important shower w/tub to relax in after a long days travel.

It provided what we needed - a fairly comfortable bed, a hot shower, quiet room and privacy. Had no issues. Staff were pleasant. Grab and go breakfast was less than satisfying, but wasn't what we stayed for anyway. Looks like they are remodeling at least some of the rooms, so that will be nice to see in the future.

No room service for 5 days. no soap in the shower when arrived. Had to go get it. Had to re use towels for 4 days. Had to get coffee and cups on the 3 rd day. Had some touble checking in and out. Had stayed there quite a few time before, but is now the service does not meet the Wynham requirements . Was traveling with another person that stayed in another room and he shared the same experience.

Was really impressed by this Super 8 in Alturas. Stayed in what appears to be the newer wing across the road. Rooms were newly renovated, spacious with double extended granite vanities with back lit mirrors. Clean bathrooms with nice water pressure. The furniture was all new and updated. Comfortable beds and the rooms were spotless. Would highly recommend this Super 8 enroute to Burney Falls and Lassen Volcanos.

Son stayed here for a night while working in town. Room was clean. Outside was nice.. He had no complaints. Would stay here again if/when needed.

Had a bat flying around in our room at 9 pm. Hotel staff didn’t care! We shooed it out but slept with one eye open because rabid bat scratches or bites could be deadly. They advertised free breakfast which was a joke! Bread by the slice, a bowl of cheerios and coffee does not really qualify. They should just forget about it and say only coffee is available. For the money - which was substantial -this place was 1 star at best!

There really isn't a breakfast - cereal, coffee and toast. Clean, comfortable hotel. Centrally located in the town. Parking lot is too loud with tradesmen coming and going late at night and early in the morning with their beeping trucks. Helpful staff.
