Stopped in one day and left with a bunch of stuff in which I did not like one single thing I purchased, made me feel like I was smoking stuff i grew when i was 16 years old. From the pre-roll to the concentrates to the herb, wanted to really like this place because the staff were really nice and chill but to me that comes second product should always be prioritized first. 3 stars for service.

EDIT: Went on google maps to track the place i went to. It is no longer there. Sorry, wrong place i reviewed. Will stop by one day and check you guys out. I normally go the other direction to pick up my meds in Redding since I am located in Burney, but they have been slacking pretty bad in their quality as of late. Selling super dried up herb, so I am on the lookout for a new dispensary to go to.

I had the BEST experience here. Listen, my partner and I are from Oregon where weed grows as happy as the people do, but this shop was like finding a little slice of paradise a far ways from home. Alicia helped us out, we’re hippies who love crystals, spirituality and good vibes. Dude this budtender had a DOPE recommendation for concentrate and an even doper side spot to add to our route to get the most magical and spiritual experience of Shasta. 12/10 recommend this place. Bomb weed and bomb people!

This store has the best customer service! Every time I walk up to the building, I’m greeted before I walk in , then welcomed with at least two people offering to help once I enter. I suffer from migraines, and they are always willing to help me find something to keep those at ease. Love the selections! We are lucky to have such variety in our small town!

Bought a new wax cartridge walked out realized it was not what I wanted because it was not the one on sale went back in asked to exchange no effort to help me out they just wanted to charge me more pls go to any other place in town customer service is way better.

Great shop, great customer service. Everyone was so nice when I came in I didn't feel intimidated to ask questions. They helped me with what I needed and they have some really good deals. It was so nice to be able to walk into a shop in 2021 and not feel like you're being attacked. I personally live extremely close to one the dispensaries in siskiyou and Elevate is pretty far from me but I'm willing to drive that distance just to support them because of the way they professionally handle themselves.
