I want to support local businesses, but when they mislead you again and again, it is not a good thing! I've tried to order ink cartridges at this store a number of times, and when the day arrives that they are supposed to be in, they never are. With no explanation. No apology. This is not acceptable. With the nearest places to buy printer cartridges being 45 min-1.2 hours away, you need to plan for a trip if you cannot get them in Mount Shasta. By being told that you are placing an order, and then the cartridges just never come in, you create a big problem for your customers who rely on what you tell them. For some reason, you cannot seem to get any ink cartridges delivered to you ever. Just be honest about it! You cannot get them and you won't have them -- though God knows why, since you are an office supply store. What nonsense!
