Salesperson M…e Is very helpful employee at this store, I’ve been buying Cole Haan shoes for very long time and I’ve owned without exaggeration at least 20 + pairs. Even though I was ready to walk out because previous employee had more important job to do then helping me find the right size, she took over and I walked out with 2 pairs in my size.

If you are looking for a particular style shoe this Cole Haan outlet will have 1-2 options for that style and if ur lucky in the correct color. They will have many sizes. This shoe listed at about 200 and I got it for 120. I was looking for a brown dress shoe and this was basically the only option but was exactly what I needed so was pleased. Staff were very helpful and friendly but not pushy.

Cole Haan, in my opinion, has the best shoes. I own 10 pairs of shoes, 4 pairs are dress shoes. They are super comfortable.

As far as Cole Haan outlets go, this one is pretty solid, and sometimes has relatively new stock if you're lucky. Make sure you check the clearance rack in the back: occasionally there are some shoes that are actually new releases from the current season.
