Good store and friendly staff. Found the perfect shoe for me and my son. Also they had an offer of buy one and get another for 50% off, so it was pretty good deal. We got 2 shoe pairs for 100$ (including tax) . My shoes are for trail purpose and they got an amazing grip, shoes are light in weight and fits perfectly like Cinderella's shoe. Service is good and they gave us space to try on, not so poking like other stores. Karina helped us with shoe selection, keep it up!

I arrived at the New Balance store right after a terrible experience at Adidas (next door) and was greeted by Felicia. She was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly seemed to care about taking care of her customers. Felicia went above and beyond when I was trying to decide on the best trail shoe for my foot needs. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and even helped me order my size in a style that wasn’t in stock. I highly recommend this location and thank you for the excellent service Felicia!

I just got here to pick up my shoes, I been waiting for 8 min standing in the front of the checkout desk. I'm really disappointed in the customer service here, the guy proved to me that he rather fix some boxes than come help a new customer.

The woman at the cash register on July 8th was very rude. She was very impolite and her tone was full of attitude. Even though I purchased two good pairs of shoes, the checkout experience spoiled the day.

One person running the sales floor. Selection was okay. Nothing beyond the basic colors and styles. Prices are a bit high. Can get better prices and styles at the department stores. Don't rush to check out this shop. But if you happen to be here, not the worst choice.
