Not the biggest fan of how their line works. I walked in the store to do a return. At the front, I saw one cashier and one customer doing a transaction together. I stood behind that customer waiting to do my return.

Eventually the cashier told me the line actually starts behind the front of cashier. I got in line and by that time, another customer got in front of me. I think the store has a very silly design of the store.

When I walk in, I see the cashier's area. A person would not normally guess that there is a sign behind that cashier's area that indicates that the line starts behind the cashier.

As much as I love this brand. Be careful with customer service in this locations. This guys advertise one thing and give you something else. You call to see what's up they say "can't do anything cause it's 'in store' situation" call the store and can't do anything cause it's already to late". Just get your things from Amazon better then dealing with these goons.

Bad experience the guy was jumping on me for help right at the entrance and didn’t like that I was taking picture of the discounts and I didn’t know why !!!! The guy was rude and not helpful so as customer this was pushing me away and this is exactly what I did. Not recommended

There are a lot of options, I typically get jeans here. The lighting in the fitting room can be improved though. Also, observed little bit less caring attitude regarding the clothes from the staff.

I really like this store. They always have great deals on Levi's stuff. Their selection is the best I've seen anywhere. The staff is super friendly, and they make me feel welcome every time I go in. If you like Levi's, you should definitely check out this store. I think you'll be amazed!

Purchased a Christmas gift for my niece. The item was too large and she wanted to exchange the item but because the item was an online purchase she was told there was nothing they can do for her. They would refund the cardholder only. (Receipt and tags were attached.) Ximea wouldn't exchange the item for anything else. Spoke to the store manager Aleeta who stated that if she exchanged the item it would be for the outlet price which is 50% less than I purchased it for. Insane. absolutely
