This is an outlet store inside Great Mall. The store is brightly lighted, very spacious, nicely arranged and it doesn’t feel like an outlet at all. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

Kate spade ♠️ Great mall got great collection. Lots of markdowns on Jewellery, clothing and handbags. The outlet offer 70% off plus take an extra 20% off. KateSpade’s new Tom and Jerry collection is so cute. Must haves 2020 collection in every girl’s wardrobe 💜

I’m so disappointed in the service here. I love this store too. I was shopping for a friend. She wanted a specific looking bag and wallet. One of the clerks was following me around while I was on Face-time. I was opening the bag and taking pictures. I found the perfect bag and wallet. When I got up to the register that same clerk was talking to the clerk ringing me up. She kept repeating there’s a wallet, look in the bag. He then lifted the wallet in front of me to prove he had it. This was unprofessional. I was so upset I left the mall. Forgetting that I wanted to purchase something at another store.

Had a very bad experience with this store recently. We called the store to check a price of a purse & provided exact label details. They confirmed on phone a reduced price value and we made sure we explicitly confirmed them on phone it was for the same type & size. They confirmed it. Immediately we visited store to purchase it. Once we reached there they refused to honor that price. Instead they said we might have told u for small size & not the medium size bag. Which we clearly confirmed on phone. Store manager got involved & even she lied to our face and said she was there when her associate quoted us the price & it was for small. This is totally non sense as we explicitly asked them on phone to confirm the size & they said its medium.
We already had one we were planning to buy two more . Instead due to their unprofessional & rude behavior we ended up returning the one we purchased earlier.
I would request Kate Spade store owner to take a look at this incident & take notice of their unprofessional behavior of their employees.
