I live in the neighborhood and walk to this store for my shopping a few times a week. Just learned that the Valencia Whole Foods owners hired an attorney to make me and my family less safe. "Health food store", yeah, right. Store owners Yousef and Dina Nazzal don't even live in San Francisco but feel they have a right to make life worse for the people who actually live and work here.

I love this store so much. The people who work here always brighten up my day and are so kind to customers. Quality of everything is always fantastic, very fresh. An abundance of gluten-free, vegan / vegetarian, organic, all-natural options. Not only the staples, but fun treats for parties / special occasions. A perfect place to shop for your picnic needs in Dolores Park. Much of their produce is from Terra Firma farm, a local farm just about an hour or so from the city. They've also got pet supplies, soaps, compost bags, laundry needs, and lots more in addition to food ... support your neighborhood grocery store with a conscience rather than chain stores 🙂

It is a small store but surprisingly I find everything I'm looking for from cat treats to sugar free chocolates. I love the fresh produce. They had the best heirloom tomatoes all summer long.
