Last Wednesday, December 4, 2024, around 3:00 PM, I visited the store and noticed a woman and two salesmen on the sales floor. We immediately fell in love with a jacket displayed on a mannequin in the front window. Upon entering the store, we asked for directions to locate that specific jacket. Unfortunately, they informed us that if they had it, it would be in the back, but they didn’t indicate where or invite us to try it on. As we searched for our sizes, we could sense their indifference as they watched us struggle without offering any assistance. Feeling unwelcome and frustrated, we ultimately decided to leave. As a business owner myself, I would never stand for such neglect from my employees when it comes to customer service. That experience truly left us feeling disheartened.

If this store can be given negative stars, I would have given so. The store manager is the worst and doesn’t take accountability while providing incorrect and half baked information. She is arrogant and puts the blame on the company without actually doing her job. Please avoid this store and the staff at all cost.
We wanted to make a return for online purchase and she ended us making us uncomfortable and told us that she would not help us. Worst staff and store of Karl Lagerfeld.

Here’s what happened when I shopped at the store.

I bought a pair of shoes at the store on 07/27/24. When checking out at the counter, I saw there’s a signed stating “ Clearance items are final sale” So I asked whether the item I’m checking out is clearance item. The sale person said no. The item is returnable. And on the shoes rack, there’s No sign saying that item is clearance item as well.

On 07/29/24, I decided to return the item, so I went back to the store. The store manager was extremely rude. He refused to return.

Here’s what he said to me when I was at the store on 07/29/24. He said he put the clearance sign on the shoes rack just today( which is 07/29/24) so the shoes I want to return becomes clearance item today. I told him when I was there on 07/27/24, there was no sign saying the shoes is final sale, and the sale person confirmed with me that shoes are returnable.

The store manager is extremely rude. The purchase was made on 07/27/24 when the item is not final sale item; however, on 07/29/24, the item I purchased becomes final sale and un-returnable. They refuse to refund my item. I believe this have violated fair trading act.

I’ve report this to Better Business Bureau Department. BBB will investigate this case. Had the worst shopping experience ever!!!

I’m very disappointed from this store. I’ve been buying this brand for so long even in Europe the people are so incompetent they closing way before the closing time they are never helpful. They never allowed you to use your points. They keep telling you to call customer service I’ve been super disappointed and, I always spend couple of hundred dollars. I’m so sorry but I never go back especially with the new team they have now.

I am a regular client of this store and I love the brand but the problem is the new people working there they don’t give me chance to use the fitting room, just because she said that they were going to close the store , and the store closes 8:30 and it was 7 when I was gone use the fitting room, so I didn’t buy anything for me , my husband buys only one shirt … definitely I will not come back to this store

El peor servicio al cliente. No se justifica que una tienda con estos precios tenga a un personal tan mal calificado en atención al personal.
Fui por un cambio y no quisieron hacerlo, a todo respondían que no había de mi talla.
NO LES RECOMIENDO IR A ESTA TIENDA!!!
