Went into Carter's for thermal PJs for my 9 year old and was happily surprised to see overalls in sizes 10, 12 and 14 for $8 per overall. Ended up getting two - all set for fall 😀

Always is a pleasure to shop at Carter’s with the help of the sales associates. Alondra Salazar is always so helpful always trying to find what we need and also I have family that shop there as well and I don’t know why but they also mention that this sales associate does a great job on her customer service with her help and attention we will continue shopping at carters.

Unfriendly, non smiling staff who seemed unwilling to work. It was only 11am.
They are also unwilling to check for available stock in the store room. Limited sizes and staff just won't help out.
I bought something online and went to pick up the item from the store, but they put it in the wrong bin and won't even search for it. They just said it's not there and looked at me. I said I'll help you look. Then only she was willing to look more carefully and found it.

Carter's has awesome stuff everytime. . Love the variety and the deals. It's almost always 30 to 50% off on most of the stuff. They have a loyalty program that adds up quickly and they also honor the online discounts on top of the store discounts which is a good thing as most of the other stores only accept one discount code at one time.

The only drawback is that lots of other parents also shop from Carter's so the clothes /shoes are very common in daycare or schools so can get easily mixed up.

Horrible experience!!! Placed an order online and came to the store to pick up. Showed the young staff the pickup email and offered the order number. Took them half an hour but couldn’t locate my order. The young staff asked another senior staff to help, but immediately she blamed me for not telling them the correct name on the order. Apparently all of them need a lot more training on how to read Carters’ own pick up email! Won’t coming back to this store ever again!

They always have sales and who doesn't love baby clothes? It's just HOT IN THERE, any season, the longer you stay there, its warm af. The A/C in the mall itself has been faulty for years so I don't blame the store. Just a warning for those going.

The store is fine, and there are lots of great deals, but customer service was lacking this evening. I went to pick up an online order and waited almost 5 minutes for 1 of the 2 cashiers to wrap up with the only 2 customers in front of me that were there when I walked in. When one of the cashiers finished she started walking away and then stopped to ask if I had a return. I told her no, just wanted to pick up 2 online orders. (How hard is that)
She said the other cashier, with a stack of papers, would help me. After another 5 minutes, I finally got help. Apparently the first order was actually at the other store across the mall, but by then my phone blacked out cuz it was dying. UGH!!! Not impressed with their customer service at all.
