Personally I don't like the place. Somehow I feel that the quality of the stuff isn't very great. True it is cheap but then the stuff looks cheap too. Once I had purchased shorts but I had to return them later because the waist size was less by 2" compared to what was there on the label. Only time it has happened to me and well I have bought shorts from every retailer in the US and even abroad. Speaks volumes as to their quality control.

My friend had a terrible experience there in the fitting room. She found out that one other customer is filming her in the fitting room. The store employees and manager did not support her by any means. They just told her to go and talk to the guy who was doing that!! This incident happened in their store and they need to take an action at least they should have comforted the victim till the police arrives. One of the employees there said that this happened before in the store but it seems that they took no action. They should at least let customers get in one by one or change the fitting room style to ensure privacy of customers.

The store is pretty good and organized. I don't see clothes on the floor that is good so you don't step on them or trip all over clothes that is on the floor. Also the customer service is good here they pick up their phone when I call to check on an item they actually help me find it. If they don't have it they will let me know.

Rude behavior by their managers and staff. Entire California is charging 10 cents for a bag regardless size of a bag. This store is charging 20 cents for bigger bag and 10 cents for small bag. Paying 10 cents extra is not fa problem for anyone. However, when I asked why you are charging 10 cents more, he was answering that we can charge what we want... Arrogant and rude attitude.

I was there today, everything it was very good. But when I got home I checked my receipt and i find out that they charged 1extra item. I I got 7 items and they charged me for 8. I called them and they said that they can't do anything about it. I live in Santa Cruz and I don't have car. So I'm very disappointed shame on them, they were very rude, they must be thinking that it's a lie but no it's true.
