I was a bit worried going to this shop after seeing all the reviews but was pleasantly surprised when I went yesterday for there $99 rack sale!! The staff were great and so helpful! Everyone was nice and I am very satisfied with my experience and that I left with a dress. I would recommend making your own judgment and not going off any of terrible reviews left here! I had a wonderful time and will go back if I ever need another dress!!

I ordered a dress with them that was supposed to be “champagne” and paid a deposit towards the dress of $140. The dress comes in and it’s a peach gold. I looked up the catalog for the dress and the color ordered was “gold” but was mislead to believe it would be a champagne shade by the store representative. I asked for any store credit to buy a dress with them that is the proper shade to match my event and they refused offering me the option to forfeit my $140 deposit (half the dress price) or pay another $140 for a dress I was mislead to buying. I spoke to Shaira, I will no longer be doing business here.

I would like say to Mary is a gem... asset to your business she was very kind understanding helpful well spoken....had a bumpy start... Mary came and helped us from beginning to finish... this is what professional and customer service is all about I was very happy and mostly my daughter found a stunning dress... for her prom....i hope and pray that was ur manger of your business...her parents raised her right…..the price was amazing

I went, and they don't accept walk-ins. This is something you should be posting on your Google store hours, especially when people go there with the expectation to try on dresses. I'm not going back.

I took my daughter here to get a dress. So we could look around, they let us look around.
BUT they were whispering to Each other about me and my daughter Overheard. It ended up my daughter wanting to leave. My daughter left very mad. So if you want your daughter to have a BAD!!! EXPERIENCE, that's the place to go.

Quaint shop with wonderful dresses and excellent service. I didn't think I'd find anything, but I found a gorgeous gown for my son's wedding. Got added alterations and lace pinned and ready for the seamstress the same day... 2 days later...the gown is ready! Will be picking up in a few days.😁

Worst experience ever.
Don't ever shop at this place.
Before you make any purchase they are super nice. But after making a deposit they will not work with you to make any changes. They measure the person tell the size when dress arrives wrong size.
Then alterations are more than the actual price of the dress.
They never call to inforn you dress has arribed. 3 , 4weeks later they call saying thedress is in and you oweany kind of money because dress was not pocked up on time.
Rented a crinolin and even though It's all in my file they won't return my deposit just becahse I don't have the receipt..
I forgot to mention that every body here gets a holding fee for the order.
Employees supposedly make a call. Wich customers never receive.
Then customers start getting charged for not picking up the dress.
Is a strategy the have to make money.
Last day I was there I was told that by management decision i was not allowed it that store ever again.
LOL. With the experience me and my daughter's little maid's I wasn't planning to..
Places like this should not exist..
