Yesterday I was at pink and Jessica was rude from the beginning, don’t understand how you work in retail if you’re not going to be giving good customer service, I was trying to return something and she wasn’t wanting to do the return and she was giving a lot of attitude. Definitely disappointed because I like going to that store.

Love this store! Always friendly helpful staff. Tons of lotions, mists, perfumes and only 3-4 colognes for men. I Never can buy enough at this store. My my husband always needs to take me out before I break the bank! Wish VS would stop discontinuing items.

Was there yesterday - the sales were awesome this time, and I had gotten coupons in the mail so I got some good deals. The staff is always nice and they don't hassle you over coupons like some locations I've been to do. I love coming to this Pink location. I got the Cool & Comfy tights I had been wanting on double sale.

The workers were so sweet and didn't breath down your neck. They also explained the credit card very well, I was way more inclined to become a member. Now I am and I feel like I was shown a great opportunity.

I went into the Pink store for the annual sale and I had the pleasure of meeting Jaja (Jay) at the store. He was so kind and helped me pick out some items and got me some coupons on top of the annual sale! When I checked out the associate ringing customers out did not honor me both coupons at once. I mentioned it to Jaja and he fixed my purchase right away. Thank you Jaja! Definitely shopping there again!

Love their selections and especially their semi annual sale. For both Pink and Victoria. I also love that online you have more options while also using their daily deals. I'm constantly checking their new styles. They can be worn as daily oufits but I love to sport them at the gym and look on point. I recommend this store in Modesto (the only one!) The staff is friendly and always helpful. I showed my sister how to get the deals back in December and eversince she's been hooked. She also has her pink collection now 😊

I go to Victoria Secrets because I LOVE their style in bras underwear pajamas and especially their shower lotion & mists. They have a Great customer service asking WHAT do U NEED may I help you that's WHY I keep coming back to the store.

I went in yesterday for a specific bra, grabbed it and one also on that table.
Tried them on, hated the one I wanted and loved the one I randomly grabbed.
They looked the same to me just different closures.
I hit the button and Dillan came in so I asked what's up.
Never did I know there was a difference in how it pulled together, under or sides. -she used a few pretty words but I can't recall them sorry-
After she asked what I had and what I liked I found out I like side support. So this is going to really save me time and money, rather then buying and hating something now I know what to look for before investing time and money.
Little life lesson in the most unusual of locations but I'm very grateful.
