I walk in to ask if they were still buying due to I was walking in at 430PM the girl at the counter was super rude . With an Attitude not even a “hello” when you walk in. She told me to put my stuff on the counter and asked me for my phone number after . Her face could use a smile . Not sure why they’re so angry about being there . They all look like they hate their job. Should be more friendly Next time to the customers . Customers want money for items and the employees need their jobs . They should smile once in a while

Amazing store with great choices at pretty good prices. They will only take clothes they know will sell. Noticing complaining that they won’t buy your “brand new, tags on items”. That really has nothing to do with what sells.

Don’t expect them to buy any of your clothes even if they are in style, in season, or with the tags on them still. Biiig Waste of time and money you are better off donating to those in need. Oh and all the clothes they do sell are mid. Everyone that “helps you” isn’t super nice either. If I could give zero stars I would babes.

The employees have a really bad attitude for no reason. They also get the bags confused and don’t label them correctly meaning they probably handed someone’s clothing to the wrong person. And on top of that, the person who “chooses” the clothing has no sense of taste lol.

Rude employees, bad customer service. Clearly don't know fashion if it jump out and bit them. They say they buy certain items but then they tell you the don't and that what you have is out of date for them, but seems to me most their stuff is for people who like to dress in the 80s and don't like to look good. They don't take kids cloths, or pj's, or bras (even brand new) like what? Really a waste of time energy and gas.

If you’re looking to trade-in clothes to Platos and get cash, credit or store credit, don’t go there. I brought in a brand new pair of shoes and bag of clothes (cuz I just get extra clothes) and then they say we can’t take any of it cause it’s not in good condition, what are you, 5 It literally still smelt and looked brand new…with 0 damages or stains…

Horrible. The employees are not helpful. I never got any call or text from when my sell was done so after 4 hours of waiting I finally came in and asked and they told me it was done.
I brought in 3 bags of nice expensive clothes, many are trending brands like lululemon, brandy melville, and vintage aéropostal, some with tags on and they took only 6 items and gave me only 30$.
Not to mention the fact that when I came to pick up my clothes they didn’t want, they gave me the wrong bags of clothes. Never going back. I drove an hour to this plato’s closet because it had a 3 star rating and it was a waste of my time.

Love shopping here. It's very affordable and has good brands. They mostly have things for those that are in the "skinny" side.

The door needs to be replaced or fixed because it takes so long to open. Needs to be a clean a bit too
