I shop here for my children and grandchildren who love the range of merchandise. My thrill comes at the self serve cash: you place your selections on the counter(which is an accommodating hole), and ZAP! Your invoice appears magically, with all your items neatly detailed and the total ready for payment! Until you’ve experienced this amazing technological achievement, you cannot comprehend what an improvement it is to your “user experience” as a shopper! Funny that a Japanese clothing chain is so far ahead of us in implementing this kind of advancement.

I had a mixed experience at UNIQLO. When I entered, I was greeted warmly by an associate, which set a great tone. I needed assistance, and one of the supervisors, Zynai, went above and beyond to help me. I ended up purchasing a black zip-up hoodie that I absolutely love!

However, my checkout experience left me a bit disappointed. It was a busy Saturday, and I noticed some workers, who appeared to be managers, standing around and not assisting their team during the rush. While I didn't catch their names, it was frustrating to see them not stepping in to support their employees when it was clearly needed.

Despite this, Yasmine who rang me up was very kind and efficient. Overall, I had some great interactions and found a product I love, but the lack of involvement from the managerial staff could definitely be improved.

I love shopping at Uniqlo, they have great products at reasonable prices. When I saw they were opening a store locally I thought, “great I’ll be able to try on clothes before buying instead of having to go through the exchange system”, but I was wrong.

First off the store is crowded, which I’ll admit is no fault of theirs. What is a fault is limited sizing. There is a variety of clothing, but a very limited selection of sizes, which defeats the purpose of a brick and mortar store. Honestly I hope the lack of sizes and colorways is a growing pain and not persistent to the experience going forward.

Absolutely zero reason your clothing store needs to blast music at 80+ decibel. I saw a child covering their ears. I've shopped at the Japanese locations many times and never heard a store do that. I wonder if Uniqlo of Japan knows this is how their brand is being represented in the US. Incredibly unnecessary and makes for an obnoxious experience. I was excited before they opened, but now I won't shop there.

I been to a few Uniqlo around the us, and they have a good selection. It was crowded, of course, they just opened, good costumer service.
I did find good size selection in everything I was looking.
4 star because the store gets really hot

First time in a Uniqlo ever, period. The worker (young man with glasses) who initially greeted me was friendly and so was the young lady who assisted me at self-checkout.

The Fitting Room was pretty poppin', but the workers handled everyone decently well. They probably can work on making it more streamlined/organized, but I'll give them grace, as this is their first week (since their grand opening).

The store was gorgeous and neat, but I did notice a light out in one of the women's sections.

Overall, I had a great experience, and I can't wait to become a Uniqlo regular. 😁
