I went in around 2 pm on Saturday to buy my daughter some make -up. Immediately I noticed the two cashiers goofing around with each other. The female was all over the male cashier, literally pulling on his arm and rough housing both were joking around really loud. No welcome or acknowledgement at all. Very immature. Not very good customer service at all. My daughter went to ask for a price and they kept talking no eye contact at all w customers. Some of the items don't have a price label so you have to go ask for it. You would think a store like Miniso located in a fancy town like Mission Viejo would care enough to employ decent, professional or at least friendly people. Not returning.

Miniso in the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall is a fun place to pick up some low cost products for gifts or just for you.

The store is kept clean and the associates are friendly and happy to help you shop.

Poor quality and even worse service. I bought this for my son last weekend and found the stitch was broken just the same day. Unfortunately I threw away the receipt. I took it for a replacement but the manager insisted for the receipt even I can provide the credit card record to prove the date of purchase. The one star is for the fluffiness of the toy that my dear son loved it most.

I really wanted to buy some things. They were very welcoming as I was browsing around their store. They had their items arranged by color which was very pleasing to the eye. More so they had variety of Tupperware, Home goods and accessories for the phone. I was looking at the backpacks and mini purses but I like bigger.

A really cute store with some very unique gifts, household items etc. it reminds me of Daiso but is more expensive. I liked coming to see what they had in store and window shop. A good place for unique finds.
