I finally found a true toy store!! Full of toys and only toys, games, and collectibles. They have a great selection of monopoly board games too. Definitely my kind of store. They also have a few Lego sets, Hello Kitty, to Marvel figures. They have lots of good stuff. So it you are in the area or shopping for that special toy for you little one or yourself, this is a must stop.

So I dropped over $200 at this store for christmas. One item that was $150+ (a firetruck). Came to return a $30-item within the 30-day typical return window. Apparently it's 14-day return policy and extended to an extra 10-days for the holidays. Nowhere on my electric receipt does it state this. Here i go trying to help a small business and i get burned. If the owner would like to reach out to make this right feel free, otherwise we'll never shop here again, forget the negative reviews, if he doesn't see the bigger picture.

The worse customer service. It all started with no greetings as I walked into the store, two white families walked in after me and were greeted, I saw another Latino family walking in and just like me they were ignored. The associates then proceeded to followed me through the store ( because I was wearing a small backpack) and probably was racially profiled. When I passed by the associates I noticed they were whispering and then one of them made a signal with her eyes referring to me, that is when I asked her if she had a problem and she nervously said no. I will never be back in this store, I was going to buy a toy for my boy ( he was with me in the store ) but with this non existent customer service I loss motivation. I rather buy online now.

My kid’s love this store (It’s a toy store so what kid wouldn’t)! They always have a vast product selection and carry lots of toys from overseas (Asia) that you probably wouldn’t find in any other toy stores. Prices can be a bit to the high side but the displays are beautiful and the staff is always friendly and helpful so I don’t mind paying the extra $ for the pleasant shopping experience.
