Top notch service! Great employees! Highly recommend! My 10 yo son wanted to learn to play Pokemon tgc. The store scheduled a lesson with Tyler. Tyler taught our whole family to play in just about an hour. He explained the rules and actually led us through our first game. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, especially answering our many questions. He also prepared us to play our first tournament at the store. We had the best experience at Magic & Monsters and with Tyler.

They change values on you despite their site saying one thing but when you go in person they won't honor that price despite buying cards at 50-60% value.
Prismatic Evolutions they were asking $100+ for a set that has dropped despite distro charging them much lower.
I made a reserved order to pay in person. Went in to get the order they said they aren't selling it because the "market value changed too much" faulting the customer for finding a flaw in their system that they made. My order went from $200 to $300 making it a real disappointment. So.
Whatever you do. Be warned that they offer you only 50-60% market value on cards when you can go to Frank and Sons for 70% value. They'll OVERCHARGE you on product that just dropped because "it's market". They won't honor their website pricing because of their mistake own mistake not following their lord and savior "the market"
They lost my trust with them of over 2-3 years letting the pandemic mishap slide. Don't let yourselves be burned by them.

Here's my order. They wanted to upcharge me: $200 on Solgaleo & Lunala gx FA and $65 on roaring moon ex SIR because "it's market" punish the customers they do.

Very cool place to come and look at all sorts of collectibles. The owner and workers are very friendly. Prices are great as well. 100% recommend.

They gave me 50% of my cards values but it seamed to be closer to 60%. They give pretty fair prices for trade ins compared to some of the competitors. Big place also you can probably find what your looking for here.

Met them at NY Comic Con this year and they "don't do deals" on raw low-mid end Pokemon Cards. Being at a Con as a vendor and not offering deals is wild. Was only asking for $7 off and they couldn't do that. If you want to save some money for a possible future purchase in there shop or con they are at, STAY AWAY.

Great place to play Lorcana. League play on Saturday is great for newer players and the community is very social. The staff have been great listening to our feedback and working with us to tailor events. Constructed is Tuesday nights and again staff is great working with us even on a slower week to make us feel taken care of. Ian just ran a store championship that was fantastic, as is the rest of the staff. I'm also playing Star Wars Unlimited there and they've been working to get Premiere events going regularly on Friday and OP packs for the players. Overall they do a great job of taking care of their regulars. I've seen several staff members check in with folks who might be having a rough day. Not because they needed to but because they care about us in the community.

Prices are alright and they have a decent selection but customer service is the worst i’ve ever experienced. I showed him my cards and he wasn’t handling them properly, offered extremely low prices for cards that were just pulled in perfect condition. He had an attitude and got mad at me for wanting to know individual prices. My friend got a resealed pack. Overall horrible experience stay away unless you want to be treated without respect.

This gaming store was the first that I ever visited when I started my journey into the TCG world. From the start, Kamron, Ian, and Tyler have all been informative and welcoming. They are an integral part of the daily goings-ons in the store, as well as do a wonderful job coordinating multiple leagues, tournaments, and competitive evenings for all of the TCGs that they cater to.
Being a female in a predominantly male hobby, it can be intimidating to take on a new game, but this store and its staff have done an outstanding job in developing a fun, inclusive environment for myself and everyone else.
