I visited today to buy perfume, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The staff member who assisted me, was quite rude and impatient. I ended up purchasing the perfume only because I had a gift card; otherwise, I likely would have walked away without buying anything. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Horrible customer service from POV staff this afternoon. Not warm or welcoming, instead they spent time ignoring customers and chatting with each other. They seemed annoyed whenever anyone asked to use a dressing room. Do better Nordstrom. I was prepared to spend money but instead I walked out.

The store has a really beautiful layout with lots of high end and reasonably priced merchandise. I was also really impressed with all of the styles colors, and designers that were offered. You can get lost on this BEAUTIFUL 2 story department store and you'll find everything you need from kitchen and bathroom to travel accessories and makeup, and you won't be able to make up your mind in the women's, men's or shoe departments located on the main floor! Plan to spend your day...or at least a few hours!

Very helpful employees here. A few nights ago they stayed late to help me find sizes for the Christmas gift I was getting and I was a little lost in general so they helped point us in the right direction. Very nice of them.

So it’s just a few days before Christmas.
My bad; overcome with grief and just attempted to get on the hamster wheel?!
Decided to “pick up” at store.
I’m not firing on all cylinders. Ordered and the website allowed the order to complete without my email address. Ugh!
Arrived the next day with just a pic of money leaving my account.
The “pick up” counter people were so patient and sincere! They found my name and an order number and said give it a day. Came back a day later, still no email understandably, and the woman researched it, found me, found purchase … there will be a happy Grandson!
They had the right amount of manpower to handle the crowd. Wait in line was less than five minutes. Truly top notch experience. Not to mention they had exactly what I needed! I’ll be back!

Been shopping here for many years. Seen many changes, but the service and merchandise selection remains tops. It is my go-to place for most things, including gifts for friends and family. I get good advice from the gals in the cosmetic dept (including ample samples!). I like their shoe sales, too. Usually a very good shopping experience, even when I don’t buy anything 🙂

I was going to buy a suit for my wedding. Saw some that I really liked. Unfortunately I do not know my size. Walked around looking lost for 20 minutes. Saw what appeared to look like staff members. Not a single person offered to help me. Horrible experience. Will never return for any reason. Ever.
