The good:
We absolutely love Janie and Jack clothes, we have bought a ton and were gifted some too. We love the style and quality, and we love that we can match the online price when we're in-store.

The bad:
Why 3 stars? Because we weren't allowed to return a new (unworn, tags on) defective online item to the store. The store rep said to return any defective ones online because they can't resell it in the store and there could be a "hold" on the item. Look where honesty got me.
The corporate customer service said "that there isn't a systemic protocol for stores accepting online items that are damaged".

Jackie was amazing at solving my online order issue. She was super polite and took care of the problem. Even though I don’t live in CA, she went out of her way to help me and find the dress I needed for my granddaughter and had it shipped out immediately.
