Not usually one to write reviews but I had such an awful experience here I felt the need. I came on 7/21 and felt like an absolute burden. Not one spoke to me, all were talking amongst themselves, and I genuinely felt like a bother. Asked to try to a pair of jeans but ended up leaving without them even though I liked them because the customer service was terrible. Not one associate there even gave me the time of day. 0/5 star

Extremely rude “manager” “Sandra” - no one wears name tags so the name is probably false. They put a sign on the cash register that says it doesn’t work and the they close the fitting rooms an hour before the store closes so you cannot purchase anything. They basically just want to leave early versus waiting until the store closes before reconciling their closing duties. This store has tons of complaints. They need to fire everyone; train new employees in customer service and start over.

WOW, what a horrific experience! Today was another reason why retail is failing. The manager on duty was so unbelievably rude, we were shocked. She blatantly ignored our questions, concerns, and wouldn't even look us in the eye or respond when we said “thank you” multiple times. When our daughter wanted to try something on, she was horrible and threw the items into the room and stormed away rolling her eyes What an embarrassing and pathetic in-store experience.

Very popular with the high school set, based on my daughter's wish to shop here and the many other teens we saw in the store. Reasonable prices and a number of staff available to answer questions and find items for you. I will be back before Christmas to get presents.

Popular with youths. This place always has some pretty insane deals and it might be because of fast fashion but the earth is on fire so while not look good? Anything that isn't part of a sale is usually pricey, however. The clothing itself varies but obviously appeals to a specific audience. Staff are ordinary people.

Very rude and disrespectful worker during the 1PM shift today. I attempted to grab a shirt from the top rack with a hanger retriever and she yelled at me not to touch it. She then grabbed the shirt for me and threw it in my face. I understand it could’ve been a “danger hazard” to use the hanger retriever, but there was no need to be that rude. I love shopping at this store, go here all the time and workers are always nice but this just completely changed me reputation of their staff. It is never okay to throw things at a customer.

Every time i have gone here, the customer service has been awful. For example, they have forgotten to put items in my bag, making me have to return, they have forgotten to remove the ink tag. When i returned to the store to get it removed, they made me get another pair of jeans and pay. They did not have the jeans that i had purchased so i was forced to buy a pair that i didn't like as much because they wouldn't simply remove the tag, or give me a refund. i am never going back here!
