This shop is very unprofessional. She text me at 10:00am and told me she was closing at 12:00pm on the day before Prom. Because she had something to do at home. So that gives me 2 hours to pick up my daughter’s dress. And the prices are ridiculous. The dress only needed to be cut off and she didn’t have to sew it because of the type of material it is. She still charged me $448. Then she charged a rush fee even though she had my daughter’s dress for two weeks. I waited until the next day to make this post because I didn’t want to do it in anger. But it’s the next day and this kind of service is still unacceptable!

I think Mrs. Shirley would be so happy to have FanFan in her former shop. FanFan has done a wonderful job remodeling and taking care of Mrs. Shirley's former customers. FanFan is a delight to work with and an excellent seamstress. Greenville is lucky to have her!
