While the selection of crystals was good, the customer service left much to be desired. The young staff member was disengaged, spending the entire time on her phone and showing no interest in assisting us. Our questions went unanswered, and the level of support provided was unacceptably poor. It's unfortunate, as the products are beautiful, but the experience was tarnished by the lack of professionalism.

I LOVE every visit to this crystal store! I've traveled all around the United States in a van 2 years ago and stopped at crystal stores all over. This one is one of my favorites! You've gotta check this place out!

-The owners are some of the most genuine and loving people I've met in the whole town
-easy to navigate store and layout

They are unique among crystal shops in town for several reasons. One is how they present their crystals and creations. Here you can buy feathered wands, hairclips with ample choice of crystals attached, among several other handmade choices. Also unique, you can take an aura photo with full report.

I needed something special for myself and the owner grabbed a book, walked around the store and showed me each item and let me make my own choices.
An Amazing array of the most beautiful pieces I've ever seen. And a few I never knew about. Highly recommend this business and I'm looking forward for my next trip there.

Am so grateful for stumbling upon this place .Mount Shasta is a magical place and when you enter the shop you can sense the energy vibrations. This was my first time at a crystal store and all my questions were patiently answered by the store owner. He was very helpful and guided me gently to pick stones . 🙏🏽

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Crystal Keepers. I bought a outstanding very large quartz Crystal. I absolutely love it!!!! The owner and his niece were so kind to us. I love this crystal store! It's by far my favorite crystal store in Mt. Shasta. The staff and owners are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable about crystals. They have a vast selection of crystals to choose from. The crystal wands are absolutely beautiful, well made and so energetically potent! This store also has an eclectic selection of local artist items including paintings, crystal wire wraps, jewelry, crystal hair sticks, feather hat pins, sage bundles, flutes and much more! This is a must see while you are in Mt. Shasta!
