Jordan,

I also have a camera on my vehicle. I am curious as to why you decided to continue our ongoing communications here vs. on our email chain... bit sus but moving on. I looked at your employee and DID NOT see your cone, I did not "aggressively manuver" I drove around your employee to give a wide girth for safety, as I previously stated. I do not appreciate the slander below. You will be hearing from me via email again due to this public flase claim, also known as "libel." Your employee yelled at me whilst I was driving away. I stopped, she approached my vehicle and said nothing about me being near her, nor was I, As Evidenced By my vehicle camera footage, she had said "you hit my cone." At no point was I near her, nor the pump. She went on to state "You can put that in your review too!" I asked her to step away from my vehicle numerous times. I made sure the seemingly hidden cone was undamaged. Moreover, your employee was in no way affected As Evidenced By she abled to ambulate to my truck and back with steady gait, she moved all her extremities independently, she had clear speech with elevated volume to scream at me, thus her airway and breathing was within normal limits from what I observed, she made eye contact with me during her aggressive approach so her neuro was seemingly intact. Should I go on? Moreover, I asked for change, not to buy 5$ in gas. Once they said no, I said ok would I need to buy something? And she said "no, we don't do change," not even 5$. If you fully reviewed your camera footage, then it is my belief that you are willfully ignoring the behavior of your problematic employees which seems to be a pattern as evidenced by the reviews of other professionals below. Moreover, the fact that you choose to lie about me and make an egregious claim on my driving is alarming and will not be tolerated. Please expect a follow up email Jordan.

Vote with your dollar! Erratic, and unprofessional staff. As a customer for years, they have been very unprofessional for the last few weeks. This is evidenced by the behavior of the middle-aged/older women with black hair, unsure of their names, one is a cashier the other is a manager, Claudia.
Update: Upon leaving, Claudia became eratic and aggressive, walking up to my truck to scream at me. Claudia placed a cone directly in front of my truck unnannouced and beyond where I could reasonably see this action. She then walked approximately 5ft to another pump to begin working on it. Upon pulling away, she chased down my truck screaming "you hit my cone! You can put that in your review too!" I stated "I believe your behavior is unprofessional. Please step away from my vehicle." She continued on to state with elevated volume and pressured speech "Call my management then! it's Press management!" I again asked her to step away from my vehicle. I made sure the seemingly hidden cone was undamaged. For reference: my attention was on her, and making sure I gave a wide girth of 10ft between her and my truck as I was pulling away. Press management, I'd like to touch base about this to ensure no other local/ regular customers are harassed by your employees. Thank you, Victoria

Excellent customer service. Claudia and the other super pretty girl are so polite and nice. Also there are a couple nice young gents. Everyone is polite and attentive. The car wash is a good deal too. But the self serve fresh ground coffee with refillable mug is a $1. Get the mug. Best cheap coffee in California. Only thing I would improve: Better fresh cream options (bagged milk dispenser maybe)? and if the car washes were $1-2 less I would get them more often. I like their build a 6 pack selection.

Honestly, Matt and Team are really the best. With the great store, fabulous water conserving-recycling car wash, and some of the best gas prices in town, I can't think of a better place to go.

It doesn't feel like a typical gas station at all. It's always clean and bright, not dirty or dingy like a place you want to get in and out of as fast as you can fill the tank. There's always a warm, local, "general store" vibe when you go in for food, drink, or a lottery ticket like I do.

People may not know this, but you can buy a pack of 5 car wash tickets at a discount. Pay for 5 basic car wash tickets and you get the max upgrade to "The Works." That's what I have done since they opened years ago, splitting them between our family cars. My son still has preteen memories of sitting in the car waiting for the rainbow wash to multicolor our windows.

I'm really happy to see a well-run business flourish and it seems Fuel Depots are popping up all over town. Unless I have to, I never go anywhere else for gas or a car wash.

Great job, Matt!

Fine for gas because it’s the cheapest around but I fill up here frequently but don’t care for the lady at the front. I was filling up and came inside to get ice (nurse who works in her car and drives around for 9 hours a day) and she stopped me and said that I need to ask for ice. Not sure why that’s a big deal but just rubbed me the wrong way. Also said I come in there a lot (maybe been here 2 times before while I’m working and getting gas) and said I do this frequently. I’ve also been out of town for 2 weeks so I think she just isn’t a morning person. Won’t be spending $60 on gas here anymore. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and get ice from other gas stations who don’t bother their paying customers.

Being the only gas station in the Mesa shopping center, makes it a necessity for locals. It does get crowded, and it can be a bit of a cluster munch to get in and out especially with 7-Eleven right next door. And their car washing service is very convenient.

This is a relatively small gas station, since it only has eight gas pumps, but it also has a car wash, food mart, and "beer cave." The service has been great every time I have purchased something from their food mart and this location is very clean as well. Inside of their food mart they have a "beer cave" that has a lot of craft beers for you to choose from in addition to the usual domestic and imported beers that you find at your local grocery store. The Mesa Fuel Depot has a huge variety of beer and wine, that it can almost be considered a liquor store!

Convenient location with competitive pricing. However, the car wash is filthy. The recycled water often smells terrible (like sewer water) and leaves spots on the car. The dryer blower is so loud I can hear it at my house 1/4 mile away.

From all the gas stations I’ve been to this one by far is the worst I stoped to get gas over the weekend and went in to buy a few items for starters the lady at the register seemed irritated and was not welcoming the store looked dirty and out of stock on some drinks and the bathroom was revolting the soap dispenser was empty who ever is managing that place is not following cleaning protocol nor cares about the store or customers if I could I wouldn’t even give this store a one star bc that is being too generous in my opinion.
