A really nice shopping mall where You can find a sprout store as well as other shopping stores. That's pretty convenient. There's ample parking and it's very chill. The convenience is that you're able to get right off of the freeway off the 101 MILPAS exit. ...And go right into the store, so there's really no driving around. Perfect!

Really wish they would clean the parking lot.. there's dead rats and bird feces all over the lot. The bird feces is literally caked on the pavement. Just lazy maintenance

Rite Aid pharmacy is a joke, Sprouts is nice if you like high priced stuff Carls Jr is good and Jacks Bagels is great.

The redesign of this area has been lovely. It's busier now than it was a year ago but the parking lot is laid out much better. Sad to see the pet store go but glad Rite Aid and the bagel shop are still there. Sprouts is a great addition to the neighbourhood.

I love going to Sprouts. Great store. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have a good vitamin selection. Always check out the sales. Even digital coupon on your phone. Just sign up on the app. on your phone.
