1. Always ensure you get a purchase order for the part so you can verify its authenticity later. Be prepared to pay more for the part, as they might charge less for the labor fee.
2. Inspect the part yourself before accepting the delivery to ensure it’s the correct one.
3. Save all paperwork.
4. Allocate enough time to handle any issues that may arise with them.

here's my experience:
I went in with a high-pressure fuel pump issue and specifically requested an authentic dealer part (not OEM). They charged me $150 more than the dealer’s price but installed a no-name part, which failed on the first day after delivery. I ended up paying the dealer $320 to confirm the part was faulty and aftermarket. When I raised the issue, the mechanic & manager responded with, "You wouldn't have known if it was working." This completely shattered my trust in them.

I had to return every day for weeks to convince them the part was defective. After much frustration and stress, they finally agreed to replace it with a dealer part. When I asked for compensation for the inconvenience, they gave me a $123 discount, and the manager coldly suggested to deal with court if I want to. I couldn’t handle it any longer and reluctantly accepted the $123. The experience was further aggravated by their laughter while I was trying to resolve the issue with them.

I patiently waited all this time to get my car back from them, but after the experience, I couldn’t trust the vehicle anymore and ended up selling it immediately.

Loved the service. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuine. These quick change places are not necessarily as cheap as they used to be, but Speedee carries quality products which I am willing to pay for. My experience with the front desk staff was so pleasant. There was a friendly and personable woman who wanted to chat and help pass the time. Highly recommend

My check engine light was on so we took my car in for an oil & oil filter change. Paid around $80 for a job that wasn’t fully done. Check engine light was still on, went to another mechanic and found out the only thing wrong with my car was that Speedee didn’t do a thorough job.About a quart of fluid was still missing from the car. Waste of time and money visiting Speedee.

If there is a 0 star review, I will give absolutely 0. Strongly recommend NOT to go to this place for any oil change or smog test service. This place will rip you off. They charge double than other places such as Jiffy Lube or Midas. $110 for an oil change (after $10 off) with 0W-20 synthetic oil. It you forget to ask for the $10 off discount, they won't give it to you. For a simple 15 min oil change, they charged us $60 labor. The supervisor was rude and dishonest.they are charging the rate of dealership except with inferior service and full of bad attitude.This is the most terrible oil change experience ever for us. There are many places that can offer much better experience with lower cost and better services.

I recently visited SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service for brake and rotor replacement, along with brake bleeding on my 2019 Hyundai Tuscon. Despite the slightly higher cost compared to other shops, the quality of the service and the use of premium parts were evident. The job was well done, and it reaffirmed the notion that you get what you pay for. Overall, a satisfying experience with a focus on quality workmanship. Will definitely be taking my other vehicles here for all my future needs. Thanks again for the great work ! 😊

I have been going to this place for ~20 years and had found this place trust worthy until today when I took my new car in for a synthetic oil change. When I called on 12/20/23, I got a quote for $125 for a synthetic oil change for my car. Today on 1/8/24, total charge was $164 including a surprise charge of $40 for a special oil fiter that they did not mention at all. I later noticed a cryptic writing of "+40" in the order form the technician asked me to sign but still find it odd to sneak this in when an oil filter was always included for an oil change for the past 20 years at this place.

I told the cashier that this is $30 more than dealership's charge. Her response was, "we are faster". I told her that I come all the way from Cupertino to this place and will not be coming back anymore. Sad to lose a place I went for honest and transparent service. I wonder if owners changed.
