Expensive $9-10 Ches, horrible in quantity and quality. The chain got greedy.
The 1 star given is for a side snack from outside vendor: Banh Tet - sticky rice w/ pork in banana leaf for $4 (only cash) which was really worth it but only for LNY

Ché was loaded with ice, but not much of everything else. I asked for extra taro and I could not even scoop any with the spoon because it was either non existent or watered down. The avocado smoothie was too icy as well. When a person pays $20 for a couple of drinks, the ingredients should be plentiful. Clearly they are trying to cut corners.

Cashier was Phu. I ordered a large hazelnut mocha with less to no ice. Received a glass with 95% ice. I went back to complain. Phu said this is how they make it and she will not make it right. Told her I will leave a review, she said she doesn't care.

Exactly the kind of attitude that pushes customers away. At least I am not returning.
