Gulf Shoes is so lucky to have this adorable shop! The best boutique at the beach! Customer service does still exist. I love working with Ann or Dawn, they actually go get you other sizes so you are not stuck getting dressed again to go find them yourself! This is always my go to place! I can’t say enough positive things about this place!

This store was an absolute delight to shop in. The employees were so nice to me and the girls. They went out of their way to start conversations and find what items I liked and what looked the best on my body. Plus they are the only place that carries Lilly Pulitzer around the area so I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants a great shopping experience.

This is the best boutique on the Gulf Coast! I highly recommend this store. They have a huge selection of wonderful items. The owner Robin and her staff are amazing, they always go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for. They carry a full line of Lilly Pulitzer apparel and many of the hottest and trendiest fashion lines. This is the only store that I will buy swimsuits from because they always help me find the perfect swimsuit that I feel confident and beautiful in.

Honestly I don't really write reviews unless I'm blown away. Once I walked into Beach House Boutique I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. I don't understand why there are many negative reviews because I had nothing but a positive experience. I felt welcomed and Beth did a fabulous job of helping me pick out a Lilly dress for my friends daughter. The owner checked me out (I can't remember her name) but she was just as nice as Beth was to me. I will be coming back my next vacation to Gulf Shores!

I felt so sorry for the employee who helped me. She was kind and knew how to treat customers looking for something more but her boss was haneous. The owner of the store made it as difficult as possible to gain a sale and as a small business owner, she obviously wasn’t appreciative of the sale. Questioned my ID and credit card even though I had been in Twice that day with my mother. The owner was rude and obviously did not know how to treat customers. I’m so sorry for the sweet woman who worked for her.

i was just in yesterday getting a gift for my mothers birthday. I have purchased gifts for family and friends here several times. the staff was always polite and helpful. they even entertained my 5 year old while another associate named sarah if i remember right helped me pick out the items i was purchasing. great local spot!
