Over the years, I've bought several bikes from BBB. These guys are nothing but thoroughly professional, competent, value-oriented and above all, completely trustworthy. Traits increasingly rare in larger franchises, making BBB a refreshing throwback to the days when your neighborhood bike shop was like that. Yet, they have a huge selection and since they write the (blue)book itself on valuations, their bikes are priced right. Great to see they've stuck it out in the valley and to see them emerge unscathed - in fact stronger - from the pandemic and wish them more successful decades ahead.

Had a really great experience here! Came in to browse their selection of frames, but ended up walking out with a 2010 Trek Madone 4.7 for a great price.

Bicycle Bluebook maintains favorable asking prices for their bikes. Although there are only a handful on display, there is a back warehouse with hundreds of not thousands of bikes ready to be taken home. The only caveat is the bikes in the warehouse are packaged into shipping boxes, so even local customers will need to assemble themselves or work with their local bike shop to complete assembly.

Very happy with my purchase, and the 30 day satisfaction guaranteed is the icing on the cake.

Friendly staff. Some of the bikes on the website are disassembled in shipping boxes (how they received them from around the country from other trade-in centers).

You have the option if it is in a box to take it with you and assemble it yourself, which I did, or pay the $40 assembly/check-up/tune-up fee.

No hassle, we we're not bothered when we perused the bikes on the floor. Bikes that are a relatively good deal such as the Fuji Outland 3.0 and Scott Genius 50 I was looking at go QUICK!

They have a 30 day return policy, so if you are interested in a bike, buy it, pick it up and try it out. If it doesn't work out fit wise, return it within 30 days, no issues.

I picked up a Giant Yukon FX 4.0 that the previous owner had upgraded with some nice components, Push Fox RLC fork instead of the Suntour stock fork, Shimano Hydraulic disc brake caliper system in place of the cable actuated calipers, updated crank set, wheelset, and a few little other things. I feel I paid a fair price for the bike which originally retailed for $1050. Current BB is ~300 for OEM non-upgraded version.

Massive fraud, would leave no stars if possible.

They falsely advertised and sold me a 2020 model year bike under the cover of it being a 2022 model year. The worst part is they priced it as a 2022, and overcharged me several hundred dollars based on the bike actually being two years older.

I hadn't heard of BicycleBlueBook.com until recently and really wanted to believe all the positive reviews. I sent them an offer online on what they advertised as a 2022 Specialized Sirrus 3.0 hybrid bike. We agreed on a price (based on assumption it was a 2022) and I sent the payment on Mar 9th. Worth mentioning the price I paid was based on their "value guide" for a 2022 model year.

I picked the bike up in person at this fulfillment center on Mar 11 and noticed the box had a label that said it was a 2020 model year (all bikes are disassembled and boxed up). I immediately questioned the rep and he assured me that was a mistake when they printed the label. He then showed me a screen on his computer system showing that the serial number for the bike coincided with a 2022 model year (I'm glad I took a photo of their screen which I'm including with this review).

Based on other great reviews, I felt I could trust them, so I took the bike home with me in the unopened box. It was only when I got home and inspected the bike, that I found that the same serial number that was on their screen was stamped on the bike, but the manufacture date was 2020! I'm including a photo of the serial number with manufacture date on the bike I received with this review.

I live about 150 miles away from their fulfillment center, so not only was this a huge waste of time and gas-money, but I also feel the reason why they misled me was because the 2020 model has been recalled due to safety issues with the cranks due to fall and injury hazards.

If you try calling their number like I have repeatedly to address this matter, all you'll get is a voicemail message with no option to leave a message. At this point my only recourse is to file a complaint with my credit card company and have them see if they can contact them to sort this all out.

I would not buy another bike from this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Don't walk, run away!

I purchased a bike from Bicycle Outlet and was very pleased with what I received. The bike I purchased was a 2013 Fondriest TF3 1.2. It was equipped with Ultegra components and the drivetrain was Di2. Being that it was a 2013 carbon bike I was concerned about the frame integrity and also the longevity of the Di2 components so I asked questions and Bicycle Outlet answered what questions they could. After some back and forth we agreed on a price and I was the new owner of this very nice bike. I was still a bit nervous about what I was going to get, was anxious to see and was really anticipating having to put some money into it. When I received it everything looked good and all that you would hope for on a used Di2 bike was included. I literally adjusted the seat high and charged the battery and off I went. The bike rides amazing and the Di2 components work flawlessly. Thank you Bicycle Outlet for a great experience. When I have friends looking for a different bike I will certainly be recommending they check you out.

Extremely happy with my purchase, made an offer on an already fair price, the bike shipped quickly, had some shipping damage, and offered a full refund, no questions asked. However, I really liked the bike. And they went way above and beyond anything I ever expected to help out with replacement parts. Will definitely do business with them again.
