Huge store with lots of options and good sale mostly . The staff on the floor was helpful but the check out guy was rude . No hello, thank you and doing his work like he’s doing a favour . Management should look into it as it’s a big brand he’s representing.

Great place to find UA branded jackets, shoes, tops, shorts, and pants for people of all sizes. It was pretty busy the day we went, so the place needed some tidying up. But, overall, it was a good experience. Prices are still a bit high, but they had some good sale prices on some stuff.

Went in shopping for a last minute gift while visiting from out of town. I had asked a representative if a pair of slip speed shoes fell under the 50% off promotion. The representative in the store told me yes and i told the worker are you sure i am not trying to wait in line if the shoes are not 50% off. The representative in the store assured me yes so i went in line. While in like i decided to pick up two sets of socks as well. But when i was helped at check out the cashier told me the shoes were not on sale. I addressed what the representative in store told me. I told the cashier i would take the same slip speed shoes that was on clearance if it was available in the same size. The cashier told me a manager can adjust the price if it is the last shoe in that size in store to clearance and i agreed to wait for a managers assistance or approval. After being told by an assistant manager there were no other shoes in the back. I had asked the assistant manager if he could honor the pricing that was told to me by a store employee. The assistant manager then told me he would need a higher up managers approval first. So i waited again until the second manager came to notify me about the price being set and there were no discounts on the shoes. I had asked the second manager if he could match the price for the shoes since i was told the pricing was different. The second manager told me i could use a 10 off coupon if there was one on my under armor email. I told the manager kindly that i would not be making any purchase today and left the store. I will say that everyone that assisted me in store was kind and courteous. As someone who uses Under Armour as my performance wear of choice under my team issued gear for the last 15 years from high-school, college and the International level, I am disappointed in how this store attempted to bait and switched me. I will continue to support Under Armour but wont come back to this location again.

I was looking for sport 🏀 shoes 👟 for volleyball 🏐 under armor was a good option but it was a bit expensive compared to Nike similar more expensive than puma - the quality is unknown for me. I recommend this to public

If you are lucky you'll get quite a decent price when they have sales on top of sales. Quality is amazing. I so far like their high intensity sport bra, shorts, sandals, etc. very well made. Friendly and helpful service. Will shop again.

The in store return experience is terrible. The store associate and manager were rude and brash. Did not let us make a return for an online order despite having the receipt, order number and ID which is all you need according to UA in-store return policy. They refused to even read or acknowledge the in store return policy that’s posted on the UA website when we showed it them. Forced us to go back home and bring the physical CC that was used for the order. When we complained about inconsistency between their store policy and UA policy that’s published on the website, the manager asked us to take it up with “Under Armor” not sure what that means when you are standing in Under Armor store and speaking with the store manager. But, they continued to be brash and completely unapologetic. The worst in-store experience we’ve ever had.
