Went bathing suit shopping with my daughter. Staff member rude said I wasn’t allowed to help my daughter or fit my minor for swim suit. She just kept smarting off. Customer service was awful. She had six swim suits to try … yet that rep just kept saying stuff about it was their policy. I said I’m not trying on suits. I’m just helping her. She unlocked the door and stood in front of me. This was foreign lady. She said only little kids could have parents assistant. I was like she is a little kid. Smart mouth lady with attitude. Never have I ever had issues with shopping somewhere in fitting room with my daughter for bras or swim suits anywhere else. . I had no problem with only six item per person. The problem was that I’m not gonna ask my teen to come walking out of a dressing room if it doesn’t Fit properly. It was disgusting display of customer service. Plus lady kept smarting off , hateful and clearly was just taunting me. Don’t go there. Rude, hateful and doesn’t have any sense about customer service and shouldn’t be working with guests. Merchandise cheap , prices high. There’s better places to shop at the beach. Pass it by before you have someone like that ruin your good beach vibes. I’m still livid.

It was fine, even had some reasonable prices. The 2 stars are due to their peddling of trump chocolate by the registers. Does the grift never end? Do better.

We bought a 6 pack of beer--Corona, and it was 22.99!! We also bought 2 bags of ice. There were NO prices listed on the items. The total was 31.43. Don't shop there. The address doesn't even match the receipt. It says the address is 100 East Beach Blvd, store #3. But, it doesn't exist on the internet. Go to Walmart instead. It's just down the street.

Overall the store had nice merchandise. Some of the items seemed to be overpriced. With that said, we were able to find and purchase some useful items here.

Our biggest issue was the upkeep and cleanliness of the store. Our 7 year old stepped on the back of a clothing safety tag that pierced through his shoe and into his foot.

When reported to the checkout counter, it was met with an agnostic response.

Honestly, we went to all the souvenir shops and this was the best in between. It had the cheesy tourist gifts but had more distinguished brands and nicer shirts as well.

The staff was very friendly. The location is great and the open concept and all that going on when you walk in makes it very intriguing. We will come back here next time we are in Gulf Shores.

The place was kind of expensive the quality, had a good selection of sun glasses with plenty of brands to choose from.
